ANDREA Blosch RIGGS
Andrea is a tier 3 Baptiste Influencer and has been teaching Baptiste since 2016, and fitness globally since 2009. She has 3 children who she travels the world with, often.
Andrea brought Baptiste to Southern Utah in 2018 and was born in Bountiful Utah, raised her children in Utah, Puerto Rico, and around the world.

CHARLES RIGGS
Charles completed Level 1 in 2017 and has been teaching Yin yoga since then. Charles is the creator of INNER ALCHEMY. In his free time he enjoys flight - speedflying, skydving, and while living in PR, paramotoring.
Charles has been in cyber security since before it was cool, loves to build and is usually found renovating their new home or flying somewhere in the world with his kids. Among his favorite are Swiss & Italian Alps, Oludeniz Turkey and SLC UT, where he is from.

ZPY Level 2 CO-FacilitatorJennifer nielsen
Jennifer is a Baptiste Power Yoga level 1 graduate, and has been working with Andrea In Southern Utah since 2010, at The Warehouse.
Jen has completed BPYSU level 1, and 2 and lives Baptiste Yoga, both on and off the mat. At work Jen leads teams for IHC and has been managing doctors, and working behind the scenes, for the NIC-U, mothers centers, and high end plastic surgeons - to mention a few.
Jen can be seen riding her skateboard on the CALI coast - where she is from, in high heels btw, and is one of Charles, and Andrea's most dearest friends.

Ronda Birch
Ronda has been leading others through the Journey Into Power practice since 2018. She has completed Baptiste Level One, Zion Power Yoga Level 1 & Level 2, co-facilitated 40 Days to Personal Revolution, and has served as both a leader and facilitator in ZPY's teacher trainings.
Ronda has been practicing with Andrea since the birth of ZPY and has taken her love of the practice to others through movement and healing at Movara, recovery centers, and with Competitive gymnasts.
lucy riggs
Lucy, Charles and Andrea’s oldest daughter, completed her 200 ryt in Ubud, Bali in 2025 and has been attending Baptiste classes since 2018. Lucy’s background as an gymnast and ballerina cultivated a deep love of movement from her youth. Lucy has completed BPYSU 100 RYT.
She is an avid world traveler, has been living in PR and around the world for the last 4 years, and most recently graduated in Nutrition. Lucy works with clients to create optimal health, and in her spare time can be found modeling and catching her brother and sister - in the sky - with her old film cameras.
ZPY LEVEL 1ABBY JOHNSON
Abby is originally from Canada, born to the “family farm life” (that has been in their family for well over 100 years) Abby fell in love and escaped to America, with her thrill seeking husband, only one year after they married to ride on the winds of the American Dream!
4 kids, 2 fitness competitions, a bunch of moves, a BJJ blue belt and 15 years of die hard commitment to the grind of lifting, Abby walked into Inner Alchemy having no idea that “power yoga” was even a part of what she signed up for.
Abby will tell you she didn’t find yoga, yoga “found her”. Her first JIP class she had no frame of reference for, and didn’t seem like what “YOGA” was suppose to be. But, driven by her competitive nature….and maybe something deeper, she did not give up!
If you love to lift, you’ll love Abby, totally get her, and if you don’t lift, you’ll still love her. We all do

ZPY Level 1Nicole Graf
Nicole is the mother of 6 children and began practicing with Andrea in 2019, because of her girls. With strong family roots in Southern Utah, together she and her husband have created their dream, Hidden Springs - a high end RV sanctuary, where kids bounce from a natural spring, to the pool, and right into the family game room.
Nicole works hard at everything she does and is the proud grandmother of 17 grandchildren, and counting….
Nicole is a recent graduate of ZPY 300 RYT and adores the rigor of Baptiste. Her own practice (over just these short 6 months) has left her looking like a completely different woman, and is an inspiration to all women.

Morgan Rhoades
Baptiste found her in 2020 and she completed her 200 hr teacher training with Andrea Riggs in Southern Utah in 2020, instantly.
Morgan attended Baptiste Level One in Iceland, led by Baron Baptist in 2024, and Level Two in Iceland in 2025.
She found connection, community, and loves sharing these gifts with others.
Morgan recently celebrated the birth of her first baby girl! We are over the ☽ for her and her husband!
Catch her when you can, she is amazing on, and off the mat, and is one of Andrea’s most cherished teachers, since she first walked in.
